Background
Through Riipen, I had the opportunity to collaborate with employers on 8-week projects, gaining valuable experience while being compensated. For this particular client, I designed achievement badges for their social club, rewarding members for reaching different tiers through the experiences they offer.
Badge Designs
These were the final designs that got approved, and the client was thrilled with the results! I focused on using a limited color palette while ensuring the designs remained recognizable at smaller sizes. It was a fun challenge to bring these to life, especially working from the brief descriptions provided by the client.
Bringing Design to Life!
Although my part of the job was complete, I was curious to see how the badges might look once embroidered and ready for distribution. Using Photoshop, I experimented with the embroidery filter to bring these imagined final products to life!
The Completed Project
This project was a rewarding experience, allowing me to blend creativity with practical design constraints. From concept to final approval, I focused on creating visually impactful badges that maintained clarity at any size. Seeing the designs come to life, even as a mock-up, was incredibly fulfilling. I'm excited to continue exploring new design challenges and bringing ideas to reality!
